Great selection of vehicle though initial service was lacking.

1) Overall good experience 2) I was charged for tolls that I have yet to receive an itemized breakdown.

Booking process was smooth, but the price drop protector didn't work again.

Seriously impressed with the quality of service they offer.

All cars parked within specific category eg small medium etc so could pick the car you wanted to drive. keys already in the car so just sit and drive out to the boot. Car is scanned to your details and off you go. Returning the car was such a simple process as well just loved it. drive through lane , attendant scans details, looks around vehicle check mileage and fuel and you receive print out and off you go. Thank you we certainly will be using the service again.

The first staff member we dealt with was extremely unhelpful and was not interested in answering very simple questions about the insurance and made the start of the pick up process frustrating, particularly after a long flight. The manager on duty who we dealt with after being fobbed off by the first staff member was fantastic, answered our questions simply and helped us understand the difference between the insurance policies that we booked through Easyrentcars and Alamo - the two companies provide different levels of cover with different cover providers depending on what insurance you book.

The booking was easy enough to complete and gave me the options i would expect and wanted to see which was fantastic. The major drawback is that the Easyrentcars use separate insurance providers for different levels of cover. They used Alamo for a basic insurance package, but for additional levels of cover, use a separate provider for the additional cover. This was not very clear and made the pick up process unneccesarily frustrating.

Found the desk staff treated me like just another number and did not care. Choice of cars was excellent.
