The overall service was excellent, much better than some small rental companies. The whole process was straightforward with no unnecessary chatter and no insurance upsell. They even silently upgraded the car from a compact vehicle to a Volvo S90.

Overall quite good, but some staff are too slow. The rental process went smoothly, as I'm an experienced user. Got a free upgrade to an Audi, but the built-in rearview mirror of the electric version is rather useless.

Average, they promoted insurance and the car provided was different from the one booked each time.

There has been no follow-up after requesting the charge details and reasons, even after providing photo evidence. This is quite disappointing.

Everything good, only when we drop off theres a little scratch that we dont know about it (nothing happened) and it didnt mentioned in the form too. They said its up to europcar germany (we rent in germany and drop off in switzerland. We dont know is it going to be charge to us or not, hopefully not. If not charged so we give 100 for our experience with europcar.

About price drop thing, we didnt experience anything. But i cancel my first booking because we found out that the price is lower after 1-2week, so we cancel and rebook with the new lower price
