The car we picked up at the airport was not the Japanese model we reserved, and the condition was average. After being rear-ended at Lake Tahoe, the accident handling was quick, and we were given a newer VW TaoSUV in good condition, which was perfect for driving on Tahoe’s mountain roads. Convenient eToll service for tolls was also provided at a reasonable cost.

The staff at AVIS in San Francisco Airport were very rude, especially a long-haired Black girl and a chubby White guy, both had bad attitudes. Initially, they gave me a car with a broken window and many scratches on the door. Later, when I found an AVIS PREMIER service guy on the same floor, his attitude was much better, and he gave me a brand new car.

I think this company might be the best.

I have been charged 435 US dollars outside of my already paid amount for this reservation. 174 were cut as security and 239 have been cut after we dropped it off. This is highly unprofessional and has not even been authorized. ALSO NO RECEIPT OF THESE DEDUCTIONS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please have this reversed.
