There are a lot of people, but you can take a number and wait instead of standing in line. Since I bought insurance in advance from home, they did not try to sell me more. The lady at the counter didn't speak English very well.

Queuing for car return took too long, everything else was fine

Waited for very long time at the counter. The person at the counter tried to cheat me several times: insurance, car type, price...

All was good.

They added €130 onto total bill for fuel/refuelling cost which would be refunded if brought back full. Car was full but the return staff charged anyway as he ‘forgot’ to confirm that car was brought back full on electronic form. Only sorted because I pointed out the extra charge. It was obvious this ‘mistake’ happens a lot
