“2-week Car Rental @ IAD (USA)”
About Hertz: 7.0 /10
Checkin was smooth; but the pickup time was almost an hour as there was no car available. There was also no staff at the pickup point, so we just have to take the next car that was available when our turn was up. Condition of the 1st 2 cars was bad; we had to wait for the next available one.
About QEEQ: 10.0 /10
Very well; no issue. Had a query, it was responsively answered.

The Hertz desk is inside a hotel at that address. Staff helpful. Car clean and fully fuelled. Office being renovated when we dropped of the car so left keys in drop off safe.
