A very pleasant car rental experience. As soon as you exit Los Angeles airport, you can take their free shuttle to the rental office. The cars are nice, and even the same models seem better equipped than those in China. When returning the car in Las Vegas, I didn't know and thought returns could be made in the city, so I took many unnecessary detours and wasted a lot of time. Reminding everyone to handle car returns at the airport in Las Vegas.

They didn't have the care I ordered ( Ford Focus). I was then given a bigger car ( Chevy Mailbu) which had an oil change light on and a tire pressure low light on so they made me switch to an SUV (Jeep Cherokee) I wouldn't have minded being upgraded if I had passengers but I was looking for the best gas milage and this did not provide it. So I was not really happy about that. The people there were very helpful.

I had found a better price somewhere else but returned when you beat the competitors price. Good job!

The car had faults - steering vibrating when at speed, oil fault, tyre fault light came on intermediately. The smell from cigerettes, masked by chemicals which were overpowering I exchanged the car due to the above
