Excellent car. Value for money Pick up and drop off not straight forward.

We had two people and two large suitcases; the car we originally booked couldn't fit them. The staff said we couldn't place them on the back seat or we'd be fined (though I doubt that would actually be the case). They offered an upgrade at a cheaper price, but it still would have cost us nearly 2000 extra. We firmly declined, and in the end, they upgraded us to an SUV for free! Extremely grateful!!!

There were quite a few upsell attempts, but I declined all of them. I forgot to refuel the car before returning it, so I was charged a service fee, which was quite expensive! Remember to return the car with a full tank. For the first time, I was charged an emissions fee, and there was another fee that I didn't quite understand, which was also quite expensive. I booked a manual transmission car but was given an automatic one; the vehicle was brand new.

There was a stone chip on the windscreen which they charged us €466 to repair which is excessive and a con. We are in the process of asking QEEQ to intercede.

Easy booking system

there were very small scratches on the driver door which were not mentioned in the report, due to bad lighting in car pick up you could not see it, I only saw this on last day when putting petrol at the gas station.

Car was not a seat Leon. It was an old peugeot 2008. It was the most underpowered car I have ever driven. Had to go up most hills in first.
