Very satisfied

I had lost days on my trip, had to cover additional hotel costs. lost a meeting which i had to reschedule for September. lost days on my bookings that i paid for. How was i to drive in the rain with no windshield wipers. Was emailed a credit and no credit passed

On your booking the amount given i was charged a little more, this could have been due to exchange rate at the time. Was quoted around R26000 and billed R28000 when collected the vehicle was charged an additional R10000.

The staff at Kennedy were really polite. I originally booked a car with Dollar, but due to a locked credit card, I had to switch the reservation last minute. I initially reserved a Toyota Camry, but they gave me a Kia W5. I noticed one of the tires had low pressure, so they replaced it with a Chevrolet Malibu. Although I felt the Malibu was a lower tier than the Camry, it was around 4:30 PM and I still had a 5-hour drive ahead to my destination. Because of the language barrier, I just took the car and left. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating, checked my order, confirmed I had full insurance, and asked where I was headed to determine if I needed an EZPass. Overall, I am satisfied.
