Wrong hours provided - left us in a pinch

All staff were professional and courteous. The car was ready on time with all paperwork in order. Pick up and drop off were easy and seamless.

I spent time to search for the shuttle for pickup for 30 mins. I called them few times. After maybe 10th trials, they were able to pick up my call. the shuttle van was white in color without any EZU logo. That made me difficult to trace them during the pick up. Hopefully they can improve their service. The car was in excellent condition but I got different model from what I booked online.

The total experience from EZU was great. However, the staff may need some additional training on understanding the policy wording document. When asked if there were any restrictions on where I couldn't drive, (eg, on unsealed roads) it was clear the staff member did not know about not driving on unsealed roads until I had read the contract & questioned him about it. In the event of an accident, I believe I would've been held culpable if I had signed the contract without knowing the above. Overall I would refer my friends & colleagues to EZU, great experience. Great service only thing im pretty sure i booked a saloon 5door and we got a hatchback 5door.
