When I picked up the car, there weren't any available, so I waited about 40 minutes. I originally reserved a Volvo V40 hatchback but ended up with a huge Renault Koleos station wagon. In my view, the reserved models don't mean anything; you just get whatever car they have. Maybe it was a free upgrade in terms of cost, but this kind of upgrade made me really nervous while driving. I've always driven small cars at home, and driving such a big car abroad was truly exhausting!

Great experience. No extra upselling, and they provided a brand new car with only 12 kilometers on it.

The problem is with payment I have rent the in price of 1380 Europe but I found they take from my master card more than 2000 Europe Could you explain and how I return my rest money back
