Great service. Purchased full insurance on site. Returned the car smoothly after a minor inquiry regarding a broken side mirror.

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient and quick, and there weren't too many people. However, after returning the car, a charge was made to my credit card. After checking with the bank, I found out it might be for using toll highways. But there was no information or notification about this charge, it just appeared out of nowhere. They should inform us about the reason, provide the detailed bill, and then give us a receipt or invoice!

Great service, convenient and quick, very user-friendly. The car showed a fault warning halfway through, so we swapped it for another one in Las Vegas. ALAMO's service was excellent!

The service is good, but the waiting time in line is quite long.
