Pick-up process was convenient, staff attitude was good. However, I rented a BMW X3 but was provided with a Mercedes GLC300de. The vehicle was relatively new, with less than 10,000 kilometers on the odometer, but the trunk was quite small, only able to fit three small suitcases. The return process was swift; the inspection staff simply walked around the vehicle and said everything was fine, and the deposit was refunded within an hour. A reminder for everyone: Swiss roads can be quite tricky. They are narrow, have sharp bends, and drivers tend to go fast and aggressively. There are many speed limits, restrictions, and mobile cameras enforcing them, with frequent incidents of concealed enforcement. Self-driving tours may not be very friendly here. Road restrictions change quickly and often, so it's crucial to drive carefully.

Very good and efficient. This time, the staff gave me a choice and allowed me to pick a slightly lower grade car while including insurance for a second driver. In the end, I chose this car model. The car was very new, having only been driven 2,000 kilometers, and it had GPS.

The vehicle was very new and in good condition, service was quick. However, there were no BMW 3 Series cars available in the group we booked, and the station wagon's trunk was relatively small.

No one answered the phone to change the reservation. There was no option to change it online.
