Extremely satisfied! It was my first time renting a car abroad, and the overall experience was fantastic. The service was attentive, the process simple, and the car was in excellent condition. The store even upgraded the vehicle model!

Very good and efficient. This time, the staff gave me a choice and allowed me to pick a slightly lower grade car while including insurance for a second driver. In the end, I chose this car model. The car was very new, having only been driven 2,000 kilometers, and it had GPS.

I called customer service to see if out of courtesy they can allow to return the car two hours later, and they declined saying that anything above 30 min would be a whole day charge. I suggest to introduce an hourly charge at the time of return. Wouldn't affect their vehicle turn around as they have huge inventory.It would build good will.
