Waited for half an hour, drove around the airport five times to return the car, but the car was in good condition, brand new.

Great, it’s a reputable European company. Very reassuring!

The store was easy to find, and the car pick-up process was quite simple after completing the online preparations.

Surprisingly there was a long queue and the staff were doing their best but also were helping each other with issues so waiting times exceeded expectations. I assume though it was a one off thing. The car was parked horribly. There was no space to open the door not to mention the distance to the next parked car was maybe 20cm. I had to get in the car from the back seat and crawl to the driver seat ! I hope this won't happen again. I will yet try Europcar again.
