Great car, was a smooth drive and very comfortable

The wait time at the counter was more then 2 hrs

The car was very nice, not so clean, very spacious and it work very well in the freeway.

Car was excellent

Waited 30 minutes for shuttle. Arrive at location. Waited another hour. I took over 20 minutes per customer to pick up a car. Only 2 check in people. Book specifically a Wrangler Jeep. Given a boring Durango SUV. Car was very dirty on outside. I had to wait a further 15 to get it washed. Took over 2 hours from waiting for shuttle to driving off with car. Tank was completely empty. Light flashing and needle below E sign. Would not recommend Routes and question Easy Car for being associated with this company.

Like: Location and shuttle are perfect....no need to rent at airport. This was almost the same experience...without the fancy counter.
Dislike: The airport arrival pickup was not clearly written. I thought I had to walk through the airport rental garage to find shuttle pick up area, when in fact, it was right outside the airport door. I had to call twice to ensireninwas in correct spot. The longest part of the pick-up, was waiting while the agent answered same phone calls over and over. I wasn't the only one confused by the description. Just wait at the shuttle stand, they come frequently!!!
