We read a few comments on different sites with displeased customers, but found our experience very straight forward. No up selling of features a bonus!

Easy online booking and rates much more reasonable that the rental car sites.

I was unhappy waiting at least one and half hours to collect the car. The staff were efficient but very slow.

Waited over 2 hours to rent the car. They charged my card over $1500 for insurance when I told them my credit card covers any additional accident protection. When I rented the car, I explained I would be returning the car on thurs July 25, not sat July 27. They said I would still have to pay till July 27th even though I returned it 2 days earlier. I want those two days refunded back to me, not a good way to do business

The online process was fine, didn’t realize the nightmare I would face using surprice in Lisbon !

Worst experience in the past 10 years. I was refused to pay by debit card and given no option but to buy again the insurance at double the price I already paid online- €15/day because I didn't have a credit card. Charged an out of hours fee for dropping off the car before 8:00. Pushed into hiring a tag for motorway at €1.85/day when I had to pay the tolls anyway and could have done without it as you could pay with cash or card at pay points. I felt bullied and ripped off. Only had a Toyota Aygo with no cruise control, no parking sensors no key remote lock, but I paid the price for a large premium car. Never ever will use this company nor reccomend to anyone.

The booking was all right- all good and thank you for all the options and smoothness of the booking.

We were met at the Airport and taken by Mini Bus to the rental location. We were not expecting this . however the location was conveniently situated to the motorway and everything was explained clearly. Although booking the smallest car we were very pleased to receive a virtually brand new larger car .

Very pleased with the booking arrangements and documentation received.
