The service was excellent, but there were lots of people, so I had to wait in line for quite a while.

I had to wait TWO HOURS to get my car. This has never happened to me before. There was a long line and not enough counter staff--between 1 and (rarely) 3 the whole time I was waiting. They were slow and not entirely competent, and their systems were not working well. I will not rent from Budget again!

The staff at Kennedy were really polite. I originally booked a car with Dollar, but due to a locked credit card, I had to switch the reservation last minute. I initially reserved a Toyota Camry, but they gave me a Kia W5. I noticed one of the tires had low pressure, so they replaced it with a Chevrolet Malibu. Although I felt the Malibu was a lower tier than the Camry, it was around 4:30 PM and I still had a 5-hour drive ahead to my destination. Because of the language barrier, I just took the car and left. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating, checked my order, confirmed I had full insurance, and asked where I was headed to determine if I needed an EZPass. Overall, I am satisfied.

The SUV had some minor scratches all over but it was great on gas mileage and clean inside.

I love booking with Easyrentcars because I'm getting value for my money whenever I rent with them.
