I have been charged for insurance I declined to your employee, not happy and will take this further

Car next the expectation. Dollar team were helpful abd were getting through customers quickly.

Easy to use platform abd great deals

Pickup and return were very convenient, and the staff was very friendly.

Counter staff sold me misrepresented insurance.. told me I don’t have insurance for scratches and my collision insurance doesn’t cover for it.. when I receive my receipt.. it’s for premium road side assistance.. I decline to make payment for it and will lodge complaint against it.

Almost no wait time at the counter, staff friendly, although tried to sell me the insurance I already have purchased. Didn't informe me about pre-purchased free tank, afrer I asked, they confirmed it though

Include the info about fuel option in confirmation/details of booking. There is no written record of fuel option ordered to show at the counter. Also, the AXA super protection confirmation is in HKD instead of USD.

The other comparable cars in my value class were not of standard. Counter staff were too tough on upselling. Free upgrade after complaint but car was in a state. Not clean. Scratches and bumps everywhere. Been back 2 days and still yet to receive deposit back

Simple. Efficient and cheapest on the market. Will be using you guys again
