The car rental procedure was convenient. After providing the order, notary attested driver's license, passport, and credit card, the process was completed and I got the car keys. Based on Hertz staff’s suggestion, I upgraded the car model for an additional $20/day. Hertz mostly offers new cars; my Nissan Maxima had only driven 4,000 kilometers. Returning the car was self-service in the early morning. You park in the designated area and fill out the mileage and return time on the form given by Hertz during pickup. Drop the form and car keys in the return box at the Hertz counter, and you're done. However, the credit card has pre-authorized $708 (total rental price for three days was $507) and the actual billing has not been processed yet since I returned the car on the 20th.

Counter assistance was poor and sold me additional insurance level that I had covered in booking on pre text of tolls Tried to contact to cancel following day but no service at Marriott in International drive and no desk ar 2nd location in International drive. This should be updated not there since covid apparently

Excellent on all levels but Hertz let it down

Car drop off point right next to a petrol station so we could fill up easily right next door. Hertz pick up place a bit of a challenge as attached to a big hotel so not sure whether to go in hotel entrance or not. Lovely staff at both locations.

Easy process and all worked out as promised.
