Renting a car through QEEQ is cheaper compared to other websites. Herts vehicles are a bit expensive, but the condition of the cars is good. The iroad navigation system borrowed for free from QEEQ is terrible, constantly needing to reset after parking and useless at critical moments. I always had to resort to using Google Maps on my phone. Having paid the shipping fee for this device feels like a waste. If there had been a rental fee for this navigation system, it would have been a complete regret. This is by far the worst navigation system I've ever used.

The pick-up and drop-off procedures were very simple and fast. High efficiency, good service, no extra selling or hidden charges. The rented vehicle was well maintained and looked about 90% new.

It was a great rental experience, very convenient. I bought full insurance, so returning the car was hassle-free. However, the car model I received was a Pajero, which wasn't listed in the group of available models provided by customer service. They insisted it was part of the group, though.
