I've always rented from HERTZ, and generally, there are no issues. I've encountered both enthusiastic and average staff, and I've never had to wait in line.

When I picked up the car, there weren't any available, so I waited about 40 minutes. I originally reserved a Volvo V40 hatchback but ended up with a huge Renault Koleos station wagon. In my view, the reserved models don't mean anything; you just get whatever car they have. Maybe it was a free upgrade in terms of cost, but this kind of upgrade made me really nervous while driving. I've always driven small cars at home, and driving such a big car abroad was truly exhausting!

Hertz's service in Europe is also quite good. I used Hertz when I traveled to the US as well—picking up and returning the car was very convenient.

I scheduled the pickup time for 8 AM. I arrived a bit early and had to wait for a while. When it was my turn, I found out that the Mercedes E-Class I booked was not available, so I had to wait another half hour. In the end, they gave me a CLS350D with only 17 kilometers on it. Awesome! We were attended by a young man with an Asian face. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, his enthusiasm and responsibility left us very satisfied. Returning the car was very smooth. QEEQ is a very good and reliable platform, but we hope the discounts can be applied faster.

The Frankfurt Airport rental office is easy to find, the rental process is simple, and the return procedure is convenient. Not bad.
