The car did not exceed my expectations both cars were broken. The first car the droptop was broken and the staff made us drive it back to the easy route location to return and get another car. The second car was in a better condition but continue to have low tire pressure woke up the following morning to find a completely flat tire again the staff was asking me if I could drive it there with the flat tire. Worst car rental service ever, they run out of economic or medium cars. And don't agree to make upgrades, they make a list of customer with my same situation and make us wait until car returns. After spend more than 3 hours need to go to my hotel with out car and return next day to pick the car.

Terrible experience. Charged for a sunpass I didn't need (customer service rep insisted I would). Shuttle pick up service for airport was a 40 minute wait. Charged for collision damage I said I didn't need.

No gas, nearly empty tank of gas. Dents all over the car.

The booking system did not seem to work well at all and they couldn't process the paperwork properly. Most problematic was the damage deposit, which is not a "hold" as it is with other companies, but was instead a charge, which would then be refunded. This is problematic when dealing with another currency as there is an exchange difference in a refund versus a charge which costs us money. When we complained about this we were told "its company policy" -- of course, why wouldn't it be? -- and then that our alternative was to pay $60 per day. It's just wrong. When checking out I asked to have a copy of the posting so I could be sure that it would be refunded, and I got some paperwork that did not show any amounts.
