The staff had great attitudes, and the car pickup was convenient. The only downside was the forced insurance purchase. When picking up the car, I specifically went back to ask two staff members about it, and they assured me it was fine. So, I decided to proceed with the car rental. However, after returning home, I discovered I was still charged (even though I had purchased QEEQ’s full coverage insurance, which made it unnecessary). After communicating with QEEQ, the store was very cooperative and refunded the charge. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

Customer service hotline is unresponsive.

The Car was very good for our needs and was faultless.... Collection was appalling, was waited about 90 minutes which was not great, a number of customers didn't wait and took cars from other rental companies and demanded refunds the Budget Line was excessive even if they had "staffing Problems" they knew how many cars were due out at that time and should of been prepared - Customers are sick of the "Covid" excuse and that's what it is an excuse

Car was different to the car requested and budget were unhelpful when the pick up location was different to that on our booking form. Car also has oil service message come up straight away but we were told this was ok to take regardless of warning message.
