They assigned a Fiat, which is quite spacious and decent overall. The rental process was straightforward; I thought it would be complicated, but it turned out to be simple—just go, complete a quick procedure, pay, and pick up the car. During pickup, they gave a brief explanation of the car's condition, which was fine, but as a first-time renter, a more detailed introduction would have been helpful. However, I figured things out on my own later.

I have used Alamo a few times and always find their staff to be extremely helpful. The cars are in good condition and easy to find on-site.

Price Drop Protector is brilliant. I haven't come across this before with anyone else. A good, clear and easy website to use.

Dislike: The high damage deposit combined with the location not being open when I dropped off the vehicle. It was very unsettling, but worked out. It would’ve been much nicer if the location was open when I dropped it off, it wasn’t very early, about 7:30 local time.
