Yes, it exceeded my expectation. There is no wait time, as soon as I came out the shuttle was waiting.

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

First of all, I got had to wait over 1h to get the shuttle bus from the airport and I had to call three times to finnaly get picked up and once I got to the pickup location the young kid in the counter was so roud very and kep saying I have nothing else to do and that's all we have! So I booked a small sedan car but instead he gives me a pickup truck that use a lot of gaz I use to put 40$ a day just gaz and get over charged for the insurance.

Like: I rented a Nissan Rogue, but ended up with a Jeep Wrangler with navigation. Our flight was delayed and the airport was a MESS. By the time we made it to the rental place, it was 4 to 5 hours after my expected pickup. They didn't have any Rogue's left but they gave me the Jeep for the same price. It was a nice unexpected surprise after all the other travel issues. It was clean, new and Awesome! Thank you for a sweet week! Car got lots of attention and compliments
Dislike: Need an awning for the drop off for when it is raining and you have to do the vehicle check in.
