The Car ordered was not available but an upgrade was offered at no fee. Cars were clean and new. Did not like that contract had miles per day usage but routes charges .50 per mile over 200 not the contracted amount. Service at routes was less than ideal.

“Stay Away from Routes Car Rental!! You'll miss your flight because no shuttle back to the airport!”
About Routes: 4.0 /10
I won't mention how long it will take to get your car. However, it took me over AN HOUR to get back to the airport on my return!!! even when I begged them multiple times that we would be late for our flight! The staff there were so rude and didn't care about the customers at all. When we arrived to Routes to return the car, the shuttle was just about to leave. My daughter rushed to the driver and asked him to give us two minutes to load the stuff so we could catch the shuttle. The shuttle driver was rude and didn't want to wait for two minutes - he said there would be another shuttle in 10 minutes. We waited and waited, no shuttle showed up. I talked to the front desk staff, the guy I talked to just smiled and said, "Well, I'm not gonna get into this...I'm not the shuttle driver, If you don't want to be late, you should have left enough time. I cannot get a shuttle just for you! " After 40 minutes, the shuttle was back, same driver, so there was not another shuttle at all. We rushed to put our luggage into the shuttle. But the shuttle driver said:"No I'm not going back to the airport! I'm off work, I'm going home!! There should be another shuttle in 10 minutes" We were shocked and had to return to the front desk staff. He said:"There is nothing I can do for you, just wait for 10 minutes for the other shuttle." I almost cried and said, there is no another shuttle:"We have waited for 45 minutes!" By the time there was less than an hour from our flight departure, there was still no shuttle. I was trying to get an Uber but that would be time for the Uber driver to locate us. Both of my girls cried and we were so desperate. The staff there looked at us like this was a joke. Finally shuttle came, when I got back to the airport, there was less than 45 minutes left from the departure! I just couldn't believe this happened at a car rental company. They have no professional ethics! It was both humiliating and outrageous!!

These people care care less and very rood and they game different car and also accident car. It’s very awkward. Also he charged the toll charge per day 12$ even though use or not and he asked me admin fee 50 if till charges get failed. Also took a sign for ticket admin fee 100$ I felt very awkward situation. For pick up from airport waiting like 1 hr.

We waited about an hour for pick up at the airport. About another hour to get the rental process complete. Staff was helpful but very busy. Drop off and wait for shuttle back to airport was great.

THEY HAVE ONLY 2 STAFF TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMERS, THEY TAKE CARE OF BOTH ICK UPS AND DROP OFF, HENCE IT TAKES LONGER TO BE SERVED. i BELIEVE THE AGENTS ARE OVER WORKED THEY APPEARED NOT TO BE IN SERVICE MODE, JUST TAKE THE CAR AND MOVE ON KIND .. ANY WAYS ONCE i GREETED THE AGENT AND BROKE ICE , I COULD SEE SOME SMILES, THIS WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME . SUNPASS TOLL WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, USUALLY CAR RENTAL COMPANY CHARGED 8$ ROUTES CHAGED ME 11$ PER DAY.

I had prepaid for a "Toyota Corolla or similar" vehicle at MCO for January 30, 2019. When I arrived at EasyRentCars MCO which had a large "Routes" sign outside, I was told that the only vehicle they had was a Jeep Rubicon. I asked if there was any alternative. The young woman staff member said "Yes, you have an alternative. You can leave and go back to the airport." Therefore I accepted the Jeep. On leaving the parking lot the vehicle made a terrible rumbling sound and the steering wheel shook. I returned and reported this to the same staff member. She said that this was due to the tires that were installed on this type of Jeep, and it was normal. When I reached my destination after 2.5 hours of freeway driving I saw that the front tires were almost bald. I therefore did not drive the car further. I called EasyRentCars at MCO and when I explained the situation they put me on hold and immediately hung up on me. When I called again I was put on hold for 15 minutes until I eventually hung up. I called the Customer Service number for Routes that I found though Google. "Kimmy" at Routes Ontario Customer Service was helpful and connected me to the manager "Kevin" (who I have previously been told was not in the office). He asked me to send photographs of the tires to him along with my phone number so he could contact me with a solution. Kevin did not call me. When I called again I was told that Kevin had left for the day. I was told that a replacement vehicle would be driven to my location in Jacksonville the next day. In the afternoon of the next day EasyRentCars delivered a new car to me. As the Rental Voucher states that the Car Supplier is Routes Car & Truck Rentals please help me!!
