Plane delayed. Almost missed closing. Customer service said I would be considered no-Show no refund

when we arrived at Routes Car rental they upgraded us for no charge and the vehicle was extremely comfortable and made our trip very enjoyable.

booking through easy rent cars was just that EASY

Routes was kind enough to offered larger vehicle without any extra charge. Vehicle was brand new and it was a perfect size for my family.

Got a free upgrade which was great. The girl at the counter was a little severe, but was efficient and thorough with her job. I felt the $1500 damage waiver was excessively high, and would have appreciated prior warning of that.

Very easy to use platform with great prices. I set up the price match feature but nothing adjusted so no comments there.

During check in the staff weren't as friendly but when I was dropping off the car to get to the airport, I was close to missing my flight. Once we got to the office a staff member offered to take us to the airport so we don't miss our flight instead of waiting 15 minutes for another shuttle! So might not be as friendly but they are definitely caring and want you to have a great experience.

Routes is where I had one of the best rental car experience. Never any issues. The staffs are always willing to provide good customer service. I recommended this place to many of my friends and they all had good experience.
