    During check in the staff weren't as friendly but when I was dropping off the car to get to the airport, I was close to missing my flight. Once we got to the office a staff member offered to take us to the airport so we don't miss our flight instead of waiting 15 minutes for another shuttle! So might not be as friendly but they are definitely caring and want you to have a great experience.

    Vivian at the front desk attend us with smile and gave us excellent service. We was lucky. We got brand new Jeep. Only one thing was not good, they gave us empty tank and we should gave the car back empty but it has quite a bit gas. It's easier when you get it full tank and you return it full. Otherwise it was excellent.

    Got a free upgrade which was great. The girl at the counter was a little severe, but was efficient and thorough with her job. I felt the $1500 damage waiver was excessively high, and would have appreciated prior warning of that.

    We waited for almost 40mins at the viscount station before the shuttle showed up. Other company had done 2 loops already. Waited almost 30 mins at the counter before the vehicle was ready for pick up. The Durango was nice but the V8 motor is a pig on gas. I spent more than $200 in 8 days on gas alone. The exterior was not clean at all and you could see brush marks all over. Having V6 option would be great. Routes has the potential to be great rental place if they pay attention to detail.

    Car itself was great. The phone number at the Vicount station wasn’t working and the phone number for rental place didn’t answer. It was very nerve wracking not being able to reach rental place.
