Pretty good. I left a bag in the car when I swapped vehicles. The rental company mailed it back to me after I returned to my country. Quite unexpected.

Remember to bring an international driving permit when renting a car; without it, the rental location might refuse to rent to you. It might be possible at the airport. QEEQ's customer service said the permit needs to be mailed, but you can actually do it online and just print it out.
