Awesome car...I got a brand new car.

The car was posted at having a full tank but the tank was only 5/8 full. We pointed it out and it was confirmed.

Email describing where shuttle at airport was located was totally wrong - tried to reach Fox but recording several times indicated that I would have to call back. Once found had to wait for shuttle to return because it was full - then there was at least 6 people standing. My reservation was for a 9:00 am flight. When I finally got to pickup location there was no cars and was told that it would be 1:00 before any cars would be available. I had this car booked for weeks - just bad business!

Expectations met. I always root for the little guy.

Easy process. No problems.

Having had a vehicle from Fox the previous year that was insufficiently powered to get up to our ski area I specifically asked and requested a vehicle that was capable of being safe and adequate for what we were using it for. I specifically asked if our vehicle was an all wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicle. I was assured from the desk person that it was. I had no reason to question this because I was very specific in with my question. I was directed to a Toyota Forerunner and again assured it was an all or 4 wheel drive vehicle. It was adiquitly powered to get up to the ski area and did fine on dry roads but when we had a snow day we could not get up the hill. We got stuck in a potentially dangerous place part way up the hill. It was at that point that it became clear that we were given a two wheel drive vehicle not what we were told. This, unfortunately, put us in a dangerous position. I had to get the car back down the hill to a lower parking lot and get a ride from the ski mountain up to where we were staying. The car remained in that lower lot for several days being of no use to us. On the day we left for the airport we had to dig the car out of snowbanks created by the plowing of that lower lot. Fortunately, the roads that day were not snow covered and we were going downhill so we had no further issues. My complaint which I did send via email on Fox’s website was that I was specifically told that we had an all or 4 wheel drive car. We did not get what we were told we got. This put us without our knowledge, in a dangerous situation. I would have been ok to have been given a smaller vehicle with all or 4 wheel drive if a larger one was not available with those specifications.

The car was a 2 wheel drive, summer tire equipped vehicle for snow locale. The car had many scratches, dents, on all sides. Marvin was nice at pu, but other staff, not so much. At drop off, we had to wait 20 mins on the shuttle. In the shuttle, your driver did not have room for a child in a carrier... parents put child on floor surrounded by baggege. The snowboard bag loaded on top of the rack FELL to the floor during the wild first turn. The reactive parents avoided it hitting the child. At this pooint, your driver realized his arrogance and error, and slowed down. Mutually accepted NOT to tip. Inside of the car... seatbelyt in rear not exposed. Lifted seat to do so... last many occupants feeding frenzy uncovered! Foot prints on the absolutley disgusting interior windshield... last time cleaned was??? So the car sat for most of week due to insecurity of driving it in any road conditions. First. Last rental with Fox.
