Hi, it was the first time that I was told by any car rental company that they would not take the car insurance on a credit card. I heard that in Mexico, but never in US.

The wait time to be picked up to the office was too long. Staff were not customer friendly.

We waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport. I called several times, but the call wasn't answered each time. As you can imagine, this was a bit distressing on arriving in a foreign country. The car itself was fine, apart from one of the tires was inflated to only 21psi, the others were 46psi. I didn't notice this until we started driving so I had to inflate this twice during the car hire. The brakes on the car were quite poor as well. Routes attempted to sell us a car toll sticker for $12 a day, saying that there were many toll roads in Orlando. We didn't have to pay a single toll, despite driving every day of our holidays.

Waited 90 minutes to get car. Workers were rude and made little effort. They didn’t have my vehicle, so had to find me a new one which took additional time.

Dislike: The reservation did not say the shuttle name Route. I was looking for Essy Car Rental. I waited 45 min until I asked what color the shuttle was and they told me look for Route,
