Driving the car was initially challenging since it was larger than what I'm accustomed to, especially considering it was my first time handling such a big vehicle. However, as the trip progressed, I found it easier to manage. Fortunately, there wasn't a lengthy wait at the counter to collect the car, and I appreciated the helpful and patient customer service provided during both the pickup and return processes.

The first car Apex tried to give me had dangerously low tread. The staff member insisted it was fine and showed me a sheet with the tread depth between 3mm and 4mm. I insisted on another car with safer tyres. The 2nd car had very soft brakes, an exhaust rattle and black oil. The cars seem to be poorly maintained

Very disappointed with Apex rentals. We had paid a premium price for a Ford Focus hatchback however on arrival we were given a Nissan Tiida which is a class below what we had ordered.
