Extremely satisfied! On the day we went to the South Island, there was heavy snow in the mountains. We rented a compact car, and the staff at the store kept reminding us to be cautious. In the end, they even provided us with snow chains for the car free of charge (normally priced at 4 NZD per day).

Satisfied! There is an airport shuttle bus, but you need to pay attention, or you might miss it.

The rental company handled business as usual, provided thorough instructions, and had a good attitude.

Very good all round. Excellent value, as expected car was a few years old with a few minor imperfections which were noted by and photographed by agent at pick up. On return agent inspected car and noted we had returned car with no damage caused by ourselves. Seemed very easy and fair

Offered very good value for money , easy to use and clear about what all the different providers offered. Is now my preferred choice for car rental
