There was an upsell for full insurance, but the so-called full insurance from QEEQ is not actual full insurance. It is a combination of partial car insurance and domestic insurance. For example, you might have to pay around 1200 EUR for a 1-inch scratch repair upfront, and then claim reimbursement through domestic insurance, which is very inconvenient.

Arrived half an hour early but was informed there were no cars; offered an upgrade to an A6 but not for free. Waited half an hour and got a CLA instead. No attempts to sell insurance, no vehicle inspection during pickup, and no check during return. Very convenient.

Overall it's acceptable, but the originally booked SUV model was not available. The rental company couldn’t respond quickly—either I had to pay extra or wait for a long time.

Everything good, only when we drop off theres a little scratch that we dont know about it (nothing happened) and it didnt mentioned in the form too. They said its up to europcar germany (we rent in germany and drop off in switzerland. We dont know is it going to be charge to us or not, hopefully not. If not charged so we give 100 for our experience with europcar.

About price drop thing, we didnt experience anything. But i cancel my first booking because we found out that the price is lower after 1-2week, so we cancel and rebook with the new lower price
