Overly enthusiastic... The pickup time was faster than other car rentals I've experienced before. However, they strongly pushed for additional insurance, even though we had already purchased full coverage.

Picked up the car at Miami Airport. The signage was very clear, directing us all the way to the rental center. The queue was a bit long, but we got a really good car that easily fit 5 pieces of luggage. Returned the car at Orlando Airport. After inspection, the staff even drove us to the terminal entrance for our airline, which was very considerate. Hertz offers great service and well-maintained vehicles!

Hertz is one of the more reliable choices at LAX. The shuttles are frequent and the rental process is pretty straightforward. Lines can be long, but I think this is common now at all rental agencies.
