Reception staff excellent , guy who deals with the key hand over was very rude

I chose this company because of the high ratings from other customers and the feedback mentioning no upselling practices. As it is an international chain and the car options matched my preference, it seemed like a good choice.
Since I have rented cars in many countries before, including in Azerbaijan and Georgia in May, I naturally make comparisons.
Overall, it was pretty good. There was upselling, but it wasn’t pushy. Both car pickup and return were very convenient. Extending the rental by one day was no issue at all.

Not bad, I've used it twice, once in the Netherlands and once in Turkey. They are quite professional, and the cars are good.

Very satisfied

The waiting time is almost negligible for locals. The service attitude is great, and the staff meticulously explain the contract terms and insurance issues.

The final invoice sent to me in Turkish language so I can’t understand the extra amount they charge me
