The directions at O'Hare Airport are very clear. Taking the Blue Line train gets you there quickly. Once you get off, there's a whole row of rental counters downstairs. The process is simple, and you can head straight to the second floor to pick up the car.

And then I paid again, for the same car in the airport when I picked up the car 363,05 USD According to the Rental Voucher the total charges of the Rental Car is 460,47 Euro and the amount due at pick up is 0,00 EURO I want 363,05 USD back. Very pleased with the service. Received free vehicle upgrade at pick-up time.

I found it to be quite seamless. There was no price drop. Disappointed that rentals aren't approved if over the age of 65.
