Distance to rental location is far and shuttle not frequent enough. We bought a Lyft ride to get there $22.00 and almost needed to Lyft again back to airport but the shuttle arrived just then.

Hi, it was the first time that I was told by any car rental company that they would not take the car insurance on a credit card. I heard that in Mexico, but never in US.

THEY HAVE ONLY 2 STAFF TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMERS, THEY TAKE CARE OF BOTH ICK UPS AND DROP OFF, HENCE IT TAKES LONGER TO BE SERVED. i BELIEVE THE AGENTS ARE OVER WORKED THEY APPEARED NOT TO BE IN SERVICE MODE, JUST TAKE THE CAR AND MOVE ON KIND .. ANY WAYS ONCE i GREETED THE AGENT AND BROKE ICE , I COULD SEE SOME SMILES, THIS WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME . SUNPASS TOLL WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, USUALLY CAR RENTAL COMPANY CHARGED 8$ ROUTES CHAGED ME 11$ PER DAY.

The car exceeded my expectations and the staff were courteous and friendly. Unfortunately the vehicle I got had no windshield washer fluid in it and the oil light came on shortly after I picked it up.

Like: The keep was great. Less than $100 for MondayMonday-friday.
Dislike: My information was not in system initially like I didn't have a reservation.
