Overall, the car was in good condition and fairly fuel-efficient. Picking up and returning the car was relatively easy, although the procedures for vehicle pickup were not completed in advance, and the extra amount of gasoline added when returning the car was not refunded.

I originally rented a Nissan Qashqai, but was given a Ford SUV instead, which had plenty of space. The service was enthusiastic, they brought the car promptly and conducted a thorough inspection of all parts. They informed us to refill the fuel and reminded us of some important points without pushing additional insurance. At drop-off, they inspected the car immediately and signed the confirmation slip in a short time.

Fahrzeug in gutem zustand. Schalter ist im Terminal, leicht zu finden. Fahrzeug im Termial Parkhaus, ca.500meter muss zum Parkhaus laufen, nach terminal eingang wird der fahrzeug nicht gebracht. fahrzeuganmietung am schalter personal sehr bemüht aber ahnungslos, anmietung über 90min gedauert. Bei Fahrzeug Abholung kein personal anwesend, nach Wartezeit kam dann einer gestresster Mitarbeiter. Bei fahrzeugabgabe selber Situation, wahrscheinlich zu wenig personal. Wenn die Mitarbeiter Problem beseitigen würde ich erneuert green motion wählen, so wie jetzt leider un-professional.

Buchung hat einwandfrei geklappt.
