Thrifty is usually great but this time there was a shortage of staff at the pickup counter which created a long wait

I began to get very annoyed by the counter person because I had already purchased insurance through Easyrenters and he used scare tactics to try and get me to purchase more insurance.

So everything went really well, I just struggled when picking the car up because I went to the address on the email instead of the rental car place in San Fran, When dropping off my car I was silly and ended up leaving my passport and my speaker in the glove box The phone wouldn’t go through so I went to the drop off office in la, and they helped me from there the people that helped me were so helpful and amazing and was able to solve my problem for me which made me so happy and now made me be able to leave the country when I have to Big shout out to Jorge, chyna, kimmy and Dione. They were the people that helped me and they were awesome

They charged me additional $106 with no explanation and no receipt.

Like: I liked how the lot attendant took pictures of the damages to the car prior to me leaving the lot. She also washed the car. Staff were very nice considering I had to go to this location when my original location only had an Expedition truck when I requested a small economy car during the rental process
Dislike: I did not like that the car I rented was not available at the location I was to rent it from and I had to go to an alternate location. I returned the car on a Sunday, 2 hours before the return time during a holiday weekend. As of today 5/29/18, I have been charged $50 per day for a car I returned 2 days ago. Both transactions are pending, I will wait a week to see if they disappear.
