I was not allowed to rent because of an issue with their card machine

The counter staff service were very rude . They insisted that I have to show the coverage limit of my insurance . Even I called my insurance to show my coverage to $300.000 for injury and $100.000 for property damage still was not accepted from the staff service . I was forced to pay $10 extra for additional insurance . Also I Ordered Hyundai Sonata and I got a Nissan Versa with 36.000 mileage with body damage and a lot of problem in driving .

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.

Terrible service, very disrespectful. not pleasant one bit, customer walked out and cancelled booking because of bad reviews on Right Cars. I agree, will not rent there anymore, rather pay higher price, with people who are respectful.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
