On pick up location, Noleggaire staff appeared helpful until they started up selling and denied our booking was of 4 door car and instead offered a very small / tiny car with door under our booking. They were identifying cars with categories A, B, C, etc. Whilst booking was done on small, medium, large, etc. Car basis.

Based on various reviews online and my personal experience, it's the typical Italian way of doing things. The efficiency was decent, the staff were quite laid-back, but everything worked out fine overall. Communication was fairly smooth, although using a translation app was necessary. The car provided was a CHR with great features, and it drove very smoothly.

The plant form was good. However, I found they extra charged me some money 3-4times that I can’t match with my bookings. The payment is paid by my husband and he didn’t not about it. As it’s annual audit, I just found this problem. It may be just my personal experiences, but still don’t feel ok about this.

“Almost perfect until the dropoff.”

Everything was going well until the drop off where they told me that the trunk cover was missing. The vehicle never had a trunk cover to begin with so now I have to deal with the company because they want to charge me €300 for a missing trunk cover that was never there.
