The staff at the store tried to promote the store's full insurance. After explaining that I had already purchased full insurance through the QEEQ platform, they stated that the claims process would be less convenient compared to buying the store's insurance. After I firmly declined to purchase additional insurance, they did not continue to push.

The overall experience was good, and the staff communicated proficiently.

This car rental company is quite good and highly recommended. The guy at the counter spoke good English and was quite friendly. He recommended extra insurance but didn't push it after I informed him I had full coverage. The car pickup location is at a nearby station parking lot. The car was a new model with only 2400 kilometers, a FIAT500 hybrid, which was pretty nice and fuel-efficient, though it struggled a bit on hills. My dissatisfaction lies with QEEQ. Firstly, their app incorrectly located the return address at the company's rental counter, causing me to circle around three times in frustration. Secondly, QEEQ's customer service has significantly worsened since before the pandemic, which is disappointing. Your prices are similar to those of international websites, and I chose you for convenience. However, when I asked for assistance coordinating an earlier return time with the rental company, it would have been simpler to call them myself. Thumbs down to QEEQ.
