Awful. Waited 2 hours to pickup the car and called in to customer service and was HUNG UP on. SHAME!

The car had plenty of room but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The management at the denver location could have cared less about any issues with my rental. She even walked away from me while I was talking.

We have to wait in line for two hours to get the rental car. There was only two counters were working. The line was from counter to the outside the building. The processing was very slow. I will never ever rent it from FOX.

I was told to fill out the vehicle inspection form myself and hand it in at exit, but there was noone to hand it to. The windshield had a small chip, that i marked on the sheet. While driving the car it turned into a larger crack. I want to make sure i am not charged for this, but haven't heard anything yet.

Finding a car at a good rate was easy. I also needed a child seat which i requested, but it was not tied to my reservation at all.

pretty sure i was double charged and this was the absolute worse customer service i’ve ever received

The agent tried to get me to pay more for a car I didn't need.
