Pretty good. Initially, we were given a Dodge hybrid SUV, but there wasn't enough space for our luggage, and the car couldn't refuel. So we contacted customer service, drove to the airport branch, and they helped us switch to a Malibu. Although it seemed like the car hadn't been cleaned before handing it to us, overall it was fine.

Initially rented a Chevrolet Suburban, a large vehicle. Upon arrival, we were given a GMC, but the tires were leaking. Since it was a Sunday, we couldn't replace the car immediately. We went back to the store the next morning and were directed to the airport as there were no same-class vehicles available. The process was smooth, and we successfully switched to a Chevrolet Suburban. The ride to Las Vegas was great, and both the car exchange and return were quick and smooth.

Very convenient and efficient. After registration, you go directly to the parking lot to pick up the car. Returning the car is even easier, someone scans your information, and it’s done in three minutes.
