Your customer service online and contact number is atrocious. Location only open from 9am-12pm. Customer service on the phone was completely useless and incompetent. Avis acts as if they have nothing to do with Avis locations and are incapable of contacting anyone else within Avis especially their car rental locations.

Jesse, the Avis representative, went above and beyond to assist me securing a rental car as my reservation came in late the night before and there were no cars available the next morning. Jesses tried to reach me and the number on file with Qeeq was incorrect. Within 10minutes, Jesse secured a car for me and I was on my way! In addition, Jesse remedied the intense cleaning fluid smell in the car which would have been difficult to drive 2hrs with the windows closed.
