When they learned that we had a child with us, they provided a car seat for free. When returning the car, make sure to mark the parking lot entrance on the map early. Once you drive into the parking lot, the return point is immediately there. The employee just walked around the car once to complete the check, which was very quick.

Counter staff were shocking communicators

We did not receive the car that we booked for which was the subaru forester. Instead we got a kia sportage which we could have easily booked for lesser price. Other than that, everything went without a hitch
