There was a slight delay because of an issue with the insurance. The app showed that basic insurance was included, but the car rental company's customer service said the price didn't cover insurance. Since the payment was made directly by credit card, contacting QEEQ customer service was difficult as it was midnight. The online customer service said that the deposit covered the insurance, which felt odd. In the end, it was still unclear what the situation was. The service speed was quite fast, and the car pick-up and return processes were not very complicated. After getting the car, there was a 15-minute window to exit the parking, otherwise, a parking fee would be charged.

The car rental company was great. I arrived early at 2 AM, and someone was there to assist me without any additional charges. Thumbs up!

Perfect driver attitude but arrived at the desk and the guy not there, an hour later looking for him, no apology whatsoever, makes life even more difficult no customer service skills available! Worst experience at a rental front desk, when checking the car, the driver lovely guy he knew i was frustrated so he was trying to keep things calm.

The car was having a noisy bearing sound on speed 80 to 100 from rear tiers, steering wheel was shaking strongly on speed 120, tire conditions was poor.
