First time renting a car for a self-drive trip, the process was very smooth.

The car rented from Ezi was in average condition. It had already driven over 140,000 kilometers when I picked it up. The air conditioning was poor, but luckily, it's not too hot in New Zealand during summer. After a few days, the cigarette lighter charging function also broke and couldn't charge anything!

Car was fine, met all our needs.
