Pay extra attention⚠️ Don't fall for the additional insurance trap. Make sure to read everything carefully before signing. Once I firmly declined, the staff immediately removed it, and the final bill for the car dropped to zero.

The mid size car we booked was not available, so we were upgraded to a Cadillac. The car was a treat to ride in - so much, we will consider buying one next time we need to purchace a vehicle. Very pleasant staff at the counter. Also, very pleasant vehicle return associate.

First car they gave was filthy, stains on seats, trash in car, dirt or ashes in console, Drivers side front tire was low, vehicle had strong odor of smoke. I went back in they quickly found replacement, but that can had not been cleaned either. however it was in way better shape than the first so I took it.
