Easy car rental through Alamo

The service was exemplary, the car excellent.

Fantastic customer service at the counter from the lady and two guys there. The car was good and the whole process easy. The only let down was we were waiting in the international terminal desk for ages before reading a sign on the Euro car desk saying pick up was in domestic. Wish Alamo had a sign up. Wasted 30 mins of time

Great I will use them again.

Usually use Alamo or one of its partners as they rarely disappoint. Good value, quality cars and friendly staff

Price drop protector had no effect on the final price.

Car was brand new and excellent. Counter staff were super nice and it was an easy check in.

Very easy to use and especially liked the confirmation emails close to our rental date.

I ordered a highlander but was offered an outlander which would’ve cost me less if I ordered it , so instead went with a Kia Sorento with more space which had a way higher excess in which I had to get higher insurance which I hadn’t budgeted for of $527 NZD , highly annoying
