Satisfied, but the car's condition was slightly poor.

I booked a Corolla sedan but they gave me a pickup truck. Thankfully there were only two of us, otherwise the luggage wouldn't have fit.

I had to wait a little longer because of high demand on the day of rental, but it was well worth it as I got a good car in a very good condition and was very well cleaned up, ready for my vacation road trip.

I made a reservation for a Chevrolet Suburban. We received after a waiting time of more than 2,5 hours (NY, 49th street) a Ford Flex with 50% gas in it. This car did not meet the rented type, nor our expectations. The only comment I got: " we have no other cars, you can go to any airport in the US to change it for a Subrurban type". They did not bother to make a phone call or anything else. I went to La Guardia and Kennedy Airport without result. People there were friendly, but could not help me, because my "request to change" should have been reported upfront..... I finally managed to change the car at Warwick Airport near Providence. I cannot believe such a bad service.
