The car's performance has been restored after 95 gasoline was filled. After midnight, I arrived at the pick-up booth, and the employee was away from work and had to wait for a long time. And it was assigned to another car of its class, not the one chosen at the time of reservation, but it was not pleasant to have any explanation or concession.

Literally said it's a brand new car, totally clean and pretty ready. The counter staff was very helpful. Less than 10 min through the process of documentation and car inspection with informative guidance. Should be better if Europcar manages to have the signs within the arrival hall to the counter.

Like: I forgot my ipad pro when i depart from krabi airport. The staff call and bring me back at the airport.
